Our company selects KA series of special bearings for belt conveyor rollers.

Roller bearings are the main parts of belt conveyor rollers, which are greatly used and consumed due to the harsh working conditions. Adopting flexible nylon cage, increasing radial clearance and groove curvature of the bearings greatly improves the service life of the roller bearings under bad working conditions, and correspondingly reduces the rotational resistance of the roller bearings.

This series of roller bearings are suitable for rolling bearings for belt conveyor rollers in coal mines (underground, open-pit, coal processing), as well as in ports, electric power, metallurgy, chemical industry, mining, construction and other workplaces.

Requirements comply with

1, the axial displacement of the rollers (mm) ≤ 0.7

2、Dustproof test: when the rollers are rotating at 550r/min and running continuously for 200h, the coal dust will not enter into the bearing grease.

3、Waterproof test: in the case of water immersion, the rollers are rotating at 550r/min for 24h, and there is no water entering into the bearings and sealing cavities.

4、Axial bearing of the rollers: applying the axial pressure of 1000N, keeping unloading for 5min, and the axle of the rollers will not disengage from the body of the roller tube. Disengage.

5, drop test: the roller will be placed flat, roller roller center line from the concrete floor height of 1m when the free fall. Roller parts and welds do not produce damage and cracks, and shall not be loosened at the matching place.

6, pressure test: 20KN pressure is applied in parallel direction, and the roller shall be free of cracks.

7, high temperature test: placed at a high temperature of 100°C for 1h, the roller shall be free of deformation and cracks.8, low temperature test: placed at a temperature of -30°C for 1h, the roller shall be free of deformation and cracks.9, low temperature test: placed at a high temperature of -30°C for 1h.

8, low temperature test: placed in the -30 ° C temperature of 1h, the roller should be no deformation, no cracks.
